  • What is the scanning appliance?The scanning appliance is a small device that sits on your network, and quietly scans your network and devices for vulnerabilities that could be the target of attackers.

    The appliance uses minimal electricity and does not affect your network in any way.
  • Do you provide extra support?Yes of course. We can provide all the support you require to ensure your systems and processes are secure.
  • Can the package be customised?Whilst we try to standardise our package, we are always willing to work with our customers to provide a service tailored just for them.
  • Is data protection included?The service does help ensure your data is protected whilst in transit and at rest, and we check the configurations of your systems to ensure adequate protection is in place.
  • What if we have a larger company?Whilst the service is designed towards companies who don't have the resources or staff avaiable to deliver such a service. However, the service can be customised and scaled for larger companies without much extra work.
  • Can we pay monthly?Yes. There is an initial setup/renewal fee, but the remainder can be paid on a monthly basis.
