Can you help us prepare for certification?We offer optional technical support and pre-assessment visits to help you prepare for certification.
Do we need Cyber Essentials when working with the UK Government?Yes, since October 2014 Cyber Essentials has been mandatory for suppliers of Government contracts which involve handling personal information and providing some ICT products and services.
Can we comply with ISO27001 without being certified?In theory, your ISMS can be developed to comply with the requirements of the standard without being certified. However, in order to be verified, it is a good idea to go through the certification process.

Can we pay on a monthly basis, or with direct-debit?We do have some services that can be paid for on a monthly basis, but most of our service require payment upfront.
What payment methods do you take?We accept most major debit & credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.
Do you accept cheques?Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques as a means of payment.

Should we create a mobile or a web app?Both have their pros and cons. Mobile apps are more expensive to develop, but can provide you with more features than web applications.
How do you price software development?Costs are based entirely upon the effort (number of days) required for each level of development.

What is phishing?Phishing is a common type of scam used to extract confidential or sensitive information from a person or organisation. Most often, phishing comes in the form of emails appearing to be sent from a trustworthy company or person but containing malicious links, requests for information, or harmful attachments.
Is it safe to use a password manager?Yes, as a good quality password manager is a safe, trustworthy and highly recommended security tool.

Can we purchase your services if we are based outside the United Kingdom?Although we are based in the UK, we are able to offer some services to customers outside this region. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you provide post-sales support?Yes, we always try our best to help our customers with any issues they may have. We also work with third-party support providers who can offer long-term support services.
What are your support times?We offer support between 9:00-17:30 GMT during the week, but always try to respond to requests as soon as possible.
