Terms & Conditions - Backup & DR Planning
1. Service
- This service is aimed towards designing & configuring a backup system. Customers who require a detailed planning service, or BCP should consider our other services.
- The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
- We cannot guarantee that the quantity of days selected by the customer is adequate to complete the work required, and will recommend an increase in days if we consider this to be the case.
2. Remote Support
- The remote support is limited to basic support within the scope of works. Any additional in-depth technical support must be purchased as an additional day.
3. Configuration
- Configuration work may be done remotely, either prior to installation or post-installation.
- We may refuse to configure equipment that is ether outside the scope of the scope of works, or not as specified in the scope of works.
- We accept no responsibility for devices configured by third parties.
4. Staff & Contractors
- Some services are provided by our sub-contractors or partners. This will be made clear on the final quote.
- We accept no responsibility for the quality or performance of any services or products of any third party.
5. Price & Payment
- The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure suitable payment methods are available to cover cloud platform costs.
- This price does not include the cost of the cloud platform itself, or any other associated software costs.
- Payment for this service must be received beforehand.
- Any hadrware/software costs must be paid by the customer beforehand (unless agreed otherwise)
- The price does not include any additional services requested by the customer which were not included in the original proposal.
- The price does not include any additional work required to complete the service which was not anticipated at the time of the proposal.
- Any additional onsite/remote days must be agreed and paid beforehand.
- Any full unused days remaining at the end of the project will be refunded to the customer.
