Terms & Conditions - Secure Destruction

1. Service

• Mainland UK collections will usually be completed within 5 working days.
• Asset reports including data erase certification will usually be completed within 20-25 working days.
• A date and time for collection will be provided for each collection.
• In the event that non-destructive sanitisation method fails, media will be physically destroyed.

2. Collection

• Transport such as trolleys, crates and packaging equipment will be provided upon collection.
• You must record serial numbers of all data bearing assets prior to collection.
• You must allocate a person with appropriate authorisation to release the equipment to sign the appropriate paperwork.
• An inventory count of all data bearing items will be done on collection, and checked off against a disposal summary form.

3. Staff & Contractors

• This service is provided by our sub-contractors or partners, who have been carefully selected for their credentials and quality of service.
• All vehicles are tracked by satellite for added security.

4. Price & Payment

• The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
• Payment for this service must be received beforehand.
