Terms & Conditions - DR Consultancy
1. Service
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all documents needed for the performance and completion of the project are made available on a timely basis without having to be specifically requested.
- We will not be held liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our services. They are provided inline with the generally accepted principles of professional practice.
2. Onsite Days
- Onsite visit prices are valid for mainland UK locations only, and other locations may be subject to additional charges.
- A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
- The service includes 1 day onsite for Micro/Small companies, 2 days onsite for Medium companies and 3 days onsite for Large/Enterprises.
- The onsite visits are limited to 1 location only (unless pre-arranged beforehand).
- The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).
3. Testing & Simulation
- We will not be held liable for any financial losses or costs incurred as a result of conducting the tests & simulations.
- A full simulation can possibly disrupt your servers and networks, and it is your responsibility to ensure technical staff are available to recover any system that does not recover after testing.
4. Staff & Contractors
- Some services are provided by our sub-contractors or partners. This will be made clear on the final quote.
- The consultants perform their consultations in accordance with the generally accepted principles of professional practice.
- We accept no responsibility for the quality or performance of any services or products of any third party.
5. Price & Payment
- The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
- The price does not include any additional services requested by the customer which were not included in the original proposal.
- The price does not include any additional work required to complete the service which was not anticipated at the time of the proposal.
- Any additional onsite/remote days must be agreed and paid beforehand.
- No refunds are given for any unused days.
