Terms & Conditions - GDPR (Advanced)

1. Service

• This service does not provide a formal certification (this can be achieved with the IASME certification).
• Support documents are the copyright of Jovasi Technology Limited, and should not be shared or copied without authorisation.
• The scope/expectations of the training sessions must be agreed beforehand.
• The 'customised forms & policies' displayed are for illustrative purposes only, and may be different from that shown.
• We cannot guarantee that the quantity of days selected by the customer is adequate to complete the work required, and will recommend an increase in days if we consider this to be the case.

2. Onsite Visits

• Onsite visit prices are valid for mainland UK locations only, and other locations may be subject to additional charges.
• A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
• The onsite visits can be used either as consultancy or training (but the agendas must be agreed beforehand).
• The onsite visits are limited to 1 location only (unless pre-arranged beforehand).
• The number of attendees in the training course must be supplied beforehand.
• The availability of the training room and any equipment (whiteboard/projector) is the responsibility of the customer.
• The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).

3. Remote Support

• A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
• This option does not include remote support, but an onsite visit can be exchanged for remote support.
• Remote work can be used in 2 hour segments. (but must be scheduled beforehand).
• No refunds are given for unused remote work.
• The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).

4. Staff & Contractors

• Some services are provided by our sub-contractors or partners. This will be made clear on the final quote.

5. Price & Payment

• The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
• Payment for this service must be received beforehand.
