Terms & Conditions - ISO22301 (Partially Managed)

1. Service

• This service does not provide a formal certification, as this is done be an ISO accredited company.
• Support documents are the copyright of Jovasi Technology Limited, and should not be shared or copied without authorisation.

2. Onsite Days

• Onsite visit prices are valid for mainland UK locations only, and other locations may be subject to additional charges.
• A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
• This option includes 3 days of support/consultancy.
• The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).

3. Remote Support

• A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
• Remote work can be used in 2 hour segments.
• No refunds are given for unused remote work.
• The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).

4. Staff & Contractors

• Some services are provided by our sub-contractors or partners. This will be made clear on the final quote.

5. Price & Payment

• The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
• Payment for this service must be received beforehand.
• The cost of the certification is included in this price.
