Terms & Conditions - Security Architecture (Remote Design Review)
1. Service
- This option does not include an onsite visit, and is delivered remotely via telephone, e-mail and remote desktop.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all documents needed for the performance and completion of the work are made available on a timely basis without having to be specifically requested.
- We cannot guarantee that the quantity of days selected by the customer is adequate to complete the work required, and will recommend an increase in days if we consider this to be the case.
2. Remote Days
- A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
- Remote work can be used in 4 hour segments (but must be scheduled beforehand).
- No refunds are given for unused remote work.
- The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).
3. Implementation
- Onsite implementation prices are valid for mainland UK locations only, and other locations may be subject to additional charges.
- A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
- The service shall be carried out at the place of work of the IT consultant or any other location that the IT consultant deems appropriate.
- The implementation work is limited to the issues detected during the review (unless agreed beforehand).
- The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).
4. Staff & Contractors
- Some services are provided by our sub-contractors or partners. This will be made clear on the final quote.
- The security architects perform their consultations in accordance with the generally accepted principles of professional practice.
- We accept no responsibility for the quality or performance of any services or products of any third party.
5. Price & Payment
- The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
- Payment for this service must be received beforehand.
- The price does not include any additional services requested by the customer which were not included in the original proposal.
- The price does not include any additional work required to complete the service which was not anticipated at the time of the proposal.
- Any additional onsite/remote days must be agreed and paid beforehand.
- Any full unused days remaining at the end of the project will be refunded to the customer.
