Terms & Conditions - Vulnerability Scans
1. Service
- The number of devices tested/scanned is limited to those selected in the quote.
- All user devices to be tested, including mobile and BYOD, must be available for testing during the onsite visit.
- We require network connectivity (wired or Wi-Fi) and an authorised user account to conduct the vulnerability scans.
- Any vulnerabilities discovered will be reported to the customer, but it is the customer's responsibility to act upon the findings.
- We cannot guarantee that the quantity of days selected by the customer is adequate to complete the work required, and will recommend an increase in days if we consider this to be the case.
2. Onsite Visits
- Onsite visit prices are valid for mainland UK locations only, and other locations may be subject to additional charges.
- A day consists of 8 hours, with core working hours between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Work outside these hours can be conducted with prior arrangement.
- The onsite visits are limited to 1 location only (unless pre-arranged beforehand).
- The number of onsite days will be calculated based on the size of your organisation (and the number of locations you require testing).
- The days can be taken consecutively or individually, but must be taken within a 6 month period (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).
3. Staff & Contractors
- Some services are provided by our sub-contractors or partners. This will be made clear on the final quote.
- Our staff will not conduct vulnerability scans without a signed testing authorisation form (which will be supplied when purchasing the service).
4. Price & Payment
- The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
- Payment for this service must be received beforehand.
- Vulnerability re-scans that can be conducted on the same day will be done free of charge. If a vulnerability re-scan must be conducted on a different day, then this will be charged at £800 /day.
