Terms & Conditions - Wi-Fi & Guest Portals (Micro/Small Company)
1. Service
- The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
- The price includes a 1 day onsite design meeting.
- The location of Wi-Fi access points will be advised based on location drawings. We accept no responsibility for weak/no Wi-Fi signal in areas identified as being of poor coverage.
- We cannot guarantee that the quantity of days selected by the customer is adequate to complete the work required, and will recommend an increase in days if we consider this to be the case.
2. Site Survey
- This option does not include a site survey as standard, but can be purchased if required.
3. Remote Support
- The remote support is limited to basic support within the scope of works. Any additional in-depth technical support must be purchased as an additional day.
4. Configuration
- Configuration work may be done remotely, either prior to installation or post-installation.
- We may refuse to configure equipment that is ether outside the scope of the scope of works, or not as specified in the scope of works.
- We accept no responsibility for devices configured by third parties.
- This option does not include the configuration of hardware based wireless controllers, but does include simple cloud based platforms (such as Meraki and Ubiquity).
- This option does not include work designing captive portals, but these will be configured with default designs/templates.
5. Installation
- We may refuse to install equipment that is ether outside the scope of the scope of works, or not as specified in the scope of works.
- We accept no responsibility for devices installed by third parties.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that equipment can be installed as stated in the scope of works, that all health & safety requirements are in place, and all locations are available when required.
6. Staff & Contractors
- Some services are provided by our sub-contractors or partners. This will be made clear on the final quote.
- We accept no responsibility for the quality or performance of any services or products of any third party.
7. Price & Payment
- The price quoted is an estimate, and a final quote (with adjustments/discounts) will be provided by our sales team.
- Payment for this service must be received beforehand.
- The price does not include any additional services requested by the customer which were not included in the original proposal.
- The price does not include any additional work required to complete the service which was not anticipated at the time of the proposal.
- Any additional onsite/remote days must be agreed and paid beforehand.
- Any full unused days remaining at the end of the project will be refunded to the customer.
